1. The problem of the chemical composition and structure of the bearing metal material itself.
2. The metal surface finish of the bearing is corroded by the difference in oxygen concentration.
3. The bearing is in contact with other metal surfaces.
4. The metal surface of the bearing is in contact with various environmental media.
5. The bearing is affected by the ambient temperature and humidity.
6, there is also the human sweat is also the cause of corrosion of the INA bearing, its pH is 5 ~ 6. Therefore, in order to prevent rust caused by hand sweat, the installation and production personnel should wear gloves, do not touch the inlaid solid lubrication bearing by hand.
To prevent the bearing from being corroded, some precautions can be taken. If it can be coated with anti-rust oil to prevent rust. The three oiling methods are described below.
1. Use the method of soaking to adhere the INA bearing surface to a layer of anti-rust grease. For some small bearings, they can be immersed in rust preventive grease. The thickness of the oil film can be achieved by controlling the temperature or viscosity of the rust preventive grease.
2, brushing method: pay attention to evenly applied to the surface of the inlaid solid lubricating bearing when brushing, it is best not to accumulate, but also pay attention to prevent leakage coating.
3. Spray method: For some large-scale anti-rust materials, it is not suitable to apply oil by immersion method. The spray method is suitable for solvent-diluted anti-rust oil or thin-layer anti-rust oil. However, it should be noted that this method must be based on sound fire protection and labor protection measures.
