CNC woodworking engraving machine spindle motor disassembly and how to install back to back

The first step is to remove the dust cover on the side of the chuck, and the wire opening is counterclockwise. Pipe wrenches can be considered without special tools.
Step 2 Remove the black cover from the top. Remove the lock on the inside and also counterclockwise.
The third step is to knock the inner shaft from top to bottom, so that the entire shaft and bearing are withdrawn.
The fourth step is to take out the bearings inside, so I don't have to say more. If the bearing is not loose, refueling is also possible.
The fifth step is to restore.
       Its screw has a pink thing that is a bit like glue. How can it be removed?
Very simple, we are all dug with hard things. However, if there is no warranty period, the boot will not be guaranteed. Remember

The back-to-back installation of CNC woodworking engraving machine bears the maximum load and bearing torque, and the axial position is the best; there is a certain axial clearance on the face-to-face, the load is small, and it is basically not used.
The precautions for replacing the bearing of CNC woodworking engraving machine are as follows:
       At the top of the spindle we will see a very colored upper cover with some hexagon socket screws on it. We can open it with a wrench;
       The center of the main shaft has a rounded cover with a hole. There is a hole beside the main shaft. The inside is also a top wire of the inner hexagon. The top wire is screwed out; then the round cover can be removed;
       There is a screwing part on the lower sleeve of the main shaft. We use 2 wrenches, one is stuck on the top, and one is stuck underneath, we can screw it down;
       At this time, the black cover below can be removed, and the rotor can be taken out. Take the bearing to the hardware market and buy the same one.
       It should be noted that when the black cover is replaced, it must be tight to prevent the cover from leaking. If there is water leakage, it may cause the CNC woodworking machine to short-circuit the spindle.
